Duties:
- Conduct driving lessons for students in English and Spanish of all ages and skill levels
- Provide instruction on safe driving techniques, traffic laws, and defensive driving strategies
- Create lesson plans and curriculum to ensure comprehensive driver education
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a productive learning environment
- Communicate with students and their parents/guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement
- Administer written and practical exams to evaluate student knowledge and skills
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance
Experience:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
