Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs across our organization. Duties
- Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs tailored to various departments and roles within the organization.
- Coordinate onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture and operational procedures.
- Conduct training needs assessments through interviews, performance reviews, and feedback to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
- Lead training sessions on essential topics such as customer service, sales techniques, management skills, inventory control, POS systems, and operational procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics; adjust programs accordingly to maximize impact.
- Collaborate with management to develop customized training plans that support individual career growth and organizational goals.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to training logistics, including scheduling sessions, maintaining records, and tracking employee progress.
- Support managers in coaching employees on leadership development, employee orientation, and team management strategies.
- Stay current with industry best practices in training methodologies and incorporate innovative techniques such as e-learning or multilingual instruction when appropriate.
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in multiple languages or bilingual settings.
- Strong management experience with a proven track record in retail sales team leadership or store management roles.
- Expertise in conducting interviews, recruiting processes, payroll administration, bookkeeping, inventory management, and purchasing procedures.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience within retail environments with a focus on sales management and operational oversight.
- Proficiency in retail-specific systems such as POS (Point of Sale), inventory control tools, merchandising software, and cash handling procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, foster motivation, and promote a positive learning environment.
- Knowledge of retail math principles including pricing strategies, sales analysis, budgeting techniques, and promotional planning.
- Experience in customer service excellence and phone etiquette to ensure high standards of client interactions during training sessions.
- Ability to adapt training content for different skill levels while maintaining clarity and engagement across various formats such as classroom or online modules.

Pay: $60,873.75 - $73,310.32 per year
