Bomnin Chevrolet Manassas is one of the highest-traffic dealerships in the Northern Virginia market. Our showroom generates consistent foot traffic and internet leads — which means our sales consultants spend their time closing, not hunting.
We are building a team of performance-driven sales professionals who want to take full control of their income. This is not a salaried position with a ceiling. Your paycheck is built by your activity, your consistency, and your execution.
A training draw is available during your ramp period. Your long-term income is commission-based with no ceiling — ever.

Requirements
- Valid Virginia driver's license and clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Availability to work weekends and high-traffic periods
- Coachable mindset and willingness to follow a structured process
- 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience preferred — not required
- Automotive experience is a plus. Discipline and work ethic are the real requirements.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a significant advantage in our market — we actively seek candidates who reflect the community we serve.
