What You'll Do:
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Assist residents with daily care needs
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Work closely with nurses and healthcare team members
- Help create a warm, positive environment for our residents

Qualifications:
- Current Missouri CMT certification
- Current CNA certification preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
