Job Summary
At NUER Lighting & Signs we are looking for an energetic Project Coordinator to join the team and play an important role in supporting customers and management. As a Project Coordinator you will be working closely with the head Project Manager to plan and execute commercial lighting projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include preparing project quotes, permitting, scheduling jobs, project tracking, coordinating tasks, and maintaining project documentation. They ensure projects meet quality standards, stay on budget, and deliver customer satisfaction through effective communication and time management.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator :
- Project Tracking
- Work with various city/villages on all permitting needs
- Office Administration
- Keep in regular contact with customers via phone and email
- Review deliveries for project materials
- Invoicing
- Schedule work orders for technicians
- Vendor Coordination
- Keeping track of inventory
- Learn industry terminology and workflows
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, not required
Qualifications
- Work experience in an administrative role, Construction preferred.
- Experience with project management
- Experience with Google/Microsoft Suites and Excel, specifically.
- Invoicing experience
- Willingness to learn!
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
