SAP MM WM Consultant
Location: Nashwauk, MN
Duration: 12 Months
Key Skills & Expertise
MM-WM Module Expertise
8-12 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA) in MM-WM module
Deep expertise in warehouse organization and storage location management
Strong experience in picking and packing operations including batch management and order fulfillment
Proficiency in goods receipt/issue processing and material movement strategies
Hands-on experience with inventory accuracy management and cycle counting processes
Solid understanding of putaway and removal strategies for optimized warehouse layouts
Knowledge of integration with external WMS systems and material handling equipment
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Knowledge
Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations (2+ projects preferred)
Understanding of extended warehouse management capabilities in cloud environment
Familiarity with SAP Activate Framework and cloud deployment methodologies
Knowledge of IoT and automation integration for smart warehouse operations
Technical & Functional Skills
Proficiency in SAP IMG (Implementation Guide) and Customizing for warehouse management modules
Experience with warehouse configuration and storage location master data migration
Strong understanding of integration patterns with sales, materials management, and shipping systems
Hands-on experience with testing tools, defect management, and process documentation
Business Acumen & Consulting Skills
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics business processes
Excellent ability to translate operational requirements into technical warehouse solutions
Experience leading warehouse and logistics requirements workshops and change management
Proven ability to work in agile and waterfall project methodologies
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, IT, or related discipline
MBA preferred
SAP Certifications in S/4HANA Warehouse Management (WM) preferred
SAP Activate Certification strongly preferred
Logistics or warehouse management certifications are advantageous
