Part-Time Production Associate
Pay: $26-30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Part-Time (approximately 20–30 hours per week)
Hours: Typically 3–4 days per week, Monday-Thursday

Overview
Active Element is seeking a motivated, part-time Production Associate to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is responsible for producing and packaging commercial cleaning products in a safe, efficient, and organized environment. We're looking for someone who enjoys working independently, is flexible enough to wear multiple hats, and wants to advance their career with first hand operating a small business.
Responsibilities:
- Operate filling equipment to accurately fill bottles and containers according to production specifications.
- Package finished products into boxes, label as required, and prepare pallets for shipment.
- Move raw materials and packaging components into production and transport finished goods using a forklift.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and chemical handling guidelines.
- Meet daily production schedules while maintaining high quality standards.
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and operating efficiently
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Forklift experience or willingness to be trained.
- Associates must show up on time, work independently and work efficiently.
- Standing and/or walking during 8 hour shift.
- Lifting and moving of packages not exceeding 50-lbs.
Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is not required. The right attitude and willingness to learn is the most important thing.
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
