Overview
PhoGyu Modern Vietnamese Noodle House is growing at lightning speed and is now hiring for a hands-on, Restaurant Operations Manager to lead the overall brand strategy, direction, and culture for the business.
This role will start by learning the current culture of the business and will have an immediate impact on the way the business is positioned, operated, and where its future growth will take place.
This is a hands-on role and will work side-by-side with the existing team to manage the existing businesses, plan, and prepare for new units.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and business growth. Your leadership will inspire teams, streamline processes, and implement innovative strategies to position our brand as a leader in the industry. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service and operational standards.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance brand performance, increase sales, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Oversee profit & loss statements, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Supervise restaurant managers and staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, building community relationships, and expanding customer base.
- Implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance service delivery.
- Manage project timelines for new store openings or renovations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the hospitality or restaurant industry, with a strong track record of supervising teams successfully.
- Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable goals.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on motivating teams and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Deep understanding of profit & loss management, sales strategies, and financial analysis.
- Experience in business development and identifying opportunities for growth within competitive markets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences.
