PrimeCare Managers is currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. If you have 10+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and payroll—and are looking to be part of a dynamic, growing healthcare organization—this opportunity is for you. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Accountant will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations. Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries

Process and manage accounts payable and vendor payments

Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records

Prepare and organize documentation for audits and internal reviews

Help track budgets and expense reports across departments

Support month-end and year-end close procedures
Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

10+ years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or payroll

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with finance principles and practices

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
