Position: Junior Planner
Aisle Ai Weddings is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wedding Planning Intern to support our team with day-of event execution. This role offers hands-on experience in the luxury wedding industry and the opportunity to work closely with the founders and senior planners.
You will play a key role in bringing wedding days to life by supporting clients and the planning team with professionalism, precision, and warmth.
Fluency in Cantonese is required, as we are currently serving a growing number of Cantonese-speaking clients and are prioritizing applicants who can support these events.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead and senior planners with wedding setup and breakdown
- Organize, manage, and track couples’ personal items and event décor
- Follow detailed timelines to ensure seamless event flow
- Support founders and planners with all day-of execution needs
- Assist with social media content creation
- Capture high-quality photos and behind-the-scenes content during events
Qualifications
- Recent graduate pursuing hospitality, business, communications, or a related field
- Fluency in Cantonese required (additional Chinese dialects such as Taishanese are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Previous event or wedding experience preferred but not required
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, positive attitude
- Cultural competency and interest in multicultural weddings (e.g., Chinese, Indian, Korean, Jewish, Nigerian, etc.)

- Job Type: Contract, part time
- Schedule: Flexible; weekdays and weekends as needed
- Location: Remote, with required in-person support on event days
