We are a small, busy GYN/ UROGYNECOLOGY office in kirkland looking for an experienced Medical Assistant (MA) to join our clinic. Our hours of operation are 8:30am to 5pm Monday-Friday, no weekends or major holidays. Our office aims to provide exceptional care to the women in this community. In this position, the medical Assistant (MA) would be assisting the doctor with gynecology and urogynecology care. Ideal MA candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a self-motivated team player, and have a passion for women’s health.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (MA) in the State of Washington
- One year of clinic experience

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical administrative support in an OB/GYN clinic setting.
- Assist with patient intake, including taking vital signs and documenting medical histories.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure patient confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members to enhance patient service.
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and physiology to support patient care and education.
- Adhere to basic life support protocols and assist in emergency situations as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
