Zia Tile is hiring a Trade Partner Manager to grow and strengthen our trade business across the Western U.S. This role focuses on developing and managing new opportunities with existing design partners while identifying and building new strategic partnerships with interior designers, architects, and other trade professionals.
You’ll own your territory like a business: building pipelines, deepening relationships, driving sales performance, and partnering closely with internal teams to deliver a premium client experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic design partner relationships
- Build and execute a business development strategy in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to support consistent growth
- Host recurring meetings with design partners
- Attend in-market industry events and help plan/host client and partner events
- Prepare and present business reviews to senior leadership focused on sales performance and goals
- Track and organize sales leads and partner projects using CRM and internal tools
- Partner with Client Operations to ensure order requirements and service levels are met
- Create partner quotes and orders as needed to support a smooth end-to-end experience
- Comfortable owning revenue targets & reporting on pipeline metrics
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years managing key client relationships with a premium brand (design/architecture industry preferred)
- Strong ability to lead cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- Polished communicator (written and verbal) with experience working in a luxury or premium space
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and collaborates effectively across teams
- Strong critical thinking, strategic, and analytical skills
- Creative problem solver with strong judgment and attention to detail
- A discerning eye for quality and passion for interior design
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, CRM platforms, and social media
Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
