As part of our Curbside Staff, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a smooth and seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Answering phone calls and taking orders with a friendly and professional demeanor. - Bagging orders accurately and efficiently. - Accepting payments and processing transactions. - Delivering purchases to customers curbside with a smile. - Performing basic side work duties to keep things running smoothly.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - Curbside or drive-thru experience (required). - At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. - A great phone voice with excellent attention to detail. - Familiarity with the TOAST register system (helpful but not required). - A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
