Entry-Level Processing Associate — Redbird
Redbird, a licensed I-502 cannabis cultivation and processing company, is hiring entry-level Processing/Flex Associates for our fast-paced indoor facility.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn $20+/hr through Redbird's incentive program
Experience: No cannabis experience required — this is a great entry point and resume-builder for anyone interested in the recreational marijuana/I-502 industry
What You'll Do
- Perform processing tasks per Standard Operating Procedures, including packaging, bucking, and labeling (non-exhaustive list)
- Keep shared systems up to date, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendars, company email, Salesforce, and Cultivera
- Pitch in on tasks outside your core role as needed — including cultivation support, cleaning, and general facilities work
- Lift, bend, twist, stretch, and reach as the job requires
What We're Looking For
- Available Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Reliable transportation
- 21+ with valid ID
- Strong, dependable attendance
- Comfortable with physical work, including heavy lifting
