- Educate clients on the importance of a healthy smile – Clearly communicate the long-term benefits of dental care, fostering understanding and excitement about the treatment process
- Guide clients through treatment acceptance – Support clients in making informed decisions about their care by providing clear, concise explanations of treatment options and benefits.
- Answer client inquiries with excellence – Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to respond to client questions through various channels, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
- Manage appointments effectively – Ensure schedules are fully optimized, maintaining smooth client flow and minimizing wait times.
- Greet clients warmly – Create a welcoming and comfortable environment, setting a positive tone for every client’s experience.
- Present necessary information and documentation – Ensure clients have all the information they need, demonstrating transparency and commitment to their care.
- Verify Insurance Eligibility – Confirm policy usage and limitations, and follow up with clients on their benefits and insurance coverage as needed.
- Support dental staff – Provide assistance to dentists and other team members as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the practice.
- Maintain clean work environment – Uphold standards of cleanliness and safety to prevent the spread of infection, protecting the well-being of clients and staff.
