Front-End Developer — React & Angular
Location: Plano, TX or Iselin, NJ
Candidate is expected to work from the office 2 days a week
Role Summary
Our Client is looking for a Front-End Developer to join a collaborative software development team. This role is a good fit for someone with a solid foundation in web development who is interested in building responsive, user-friendly applications using React, Angular, or similar modern front-end technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Build reusable user-interface components and front-end features.
- Translate business and design requirements into functional web pages and applications.
- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Help troubleshoot browser, performance, and user-interface issues.
- Write unit and component tests.
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, QA engineers, and product team members.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of front-end or web-development experience.
- Hands-on experience with React, Angular, or a similar front-end framework.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience building responsive and reusable user-interface components.
- Experience integrating web applications with REST APIs.
- Familiarity with component-based application development.
- Basic understanding of state management, routing, forms, and client-side validation.
- Familiarity with Git or another source-control system.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience in all the areas below is not required.
- React Hooks, Angular services, or similar framework features.
- UI libraries such as Material UI, Angular Material, Bootstrap, or similar tools.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Pay: $48.00 - $58.00 per hour
