Production Assembler Instrument Handler – Early Morning Shift | $18/hr
Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm | Overtime Available | 1–2 Saturdays/Month

We are looking for dependable Production Assemblers who are comfortable with an early morning start, daily overtime, and occasional Saturdays. PAY: $18.00/hour
SCHEDULE: 5:30/6:00 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM
Monday–Friday + Daily Overtime
Approximately 1–2 Saturdays per month
What You'll Be Doing
- Work as part of a fast-paced production assembly team
- Assemble instruments and components using detailed written and visual instructions
- Use basic hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly tools
- Gather materials and parts needed for production
- Assemble subcomponents into finished products
- Label, inspect, and prepare completed products for shipment
- Handle, position, move, and install materials and components
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
- Identify and report product or quality issues
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Participate in safety improvements and continuous improvement projects
- Assist in other areas of production as needed
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, mechanical, or hands-on experience is a plus
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Able to work quickly while maintaining quality
- Reliable and ready to work early mornings and overtime
- Team player who can also work independently
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs frequently without assistance and up to 50 lbs with assistance/team lift
- Must be willing to work 1–2 Saturdays per month
- High school diploma or equivalent required
