We are seeking a General Manager for our Home2 Suites property located in Springfield, MO. Management experience required. We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who has experience working in high stress, fast paced, customer service and requires no direct supervision. Preferred experience with Hilton and sales. Salary will be discussed during interview.
Responsibilities will include overseeing all departments within the property, communicating with other managers/staff, managing business accounts, working with guests on and off property, and manager will also need to be willing to step in and help out in any role within the property, as needed.
