Job Overview
We are looking for a MALE Registered Behavior Technician to Join our dynamic team and become a vital part of transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions! As an RBT, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders, to implement personalized behavior plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Duties
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, hygiene, feeding, and other self-care routines to promote independence.
- Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform ongoing treatment strategies.
- Support teaching and skill acquisition across areas such as communication, social skills, and functional life skills through engaging instructional techniques.
- Conduct behavior management strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and reinforce positive behaviors in accordance with client care plans.
- Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality at all times.
- Communicate regularly with families, caregivers, and team members to provide updates on progress and collaborate on effective intervention strategies.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management techniques, and implementing ABA therapy protocols.
- Ability to assist clients with ADLs and support their development of independence skills.
- Strong data collection skills for tracking behavioral progress accurately during therapy sessions.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards related to patient care.
- Experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Commitment to ethical practice aligned with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
- Excellent client communication skills combined with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward client growth.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
