Pay: $20.00 - $40.00/hour DOE (Plus premium pay for ICC Certifications)

What You’ll Do
As a trusted member of our field and lab team, you will enjoy a high degree of independence. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Testing and inspecting construction materials in the field to ensure top-tier quality.
- Running soils and concrete laboratory tests.
- Preparing field reports and managing data files (basic Word and Excel).
- Occasional travel (around 25%) to the Sacramento area for specialized projects—all expenses covered, of course.
What You Bring to the Table
If you have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, we can build something great together. We are looking for:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in construction-related soils and concrete testing.
- Gear & Standards Knowledge: Experience with a Troxler Nuclear Gauge and a solid understanding of standard testing methods.
- Certifications: ACI Concrete Field Tech - Grade 1 and Radiation Safety certification are required. (Got an ICC Reinforced Concrete cert? Big plus!)
- The Basics: A valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record, great communication skills, and the physical ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on outdoor construction sites.
