Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Aesthetic Injector to join our innovative medical spa team. In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in injectables, dermal fillers, and other non-invasive procedures will help us provide exceptional care and outstanding results. You will be responsible for performing botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and professionalism, ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied. Responsibilities
- Administer botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, lasers and other non-surgical aesthetic treatments with accuracy and safety
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Manage appointment scheduling using salon or med spa management software such as Patient Now/Rx Photo.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare routines
- Support retail sales by upselling skincare products, supplements, and treatment packages to enhance results
- Promote our services through social media management and client engagement strategies
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client progress, and follow-up plans in compliance with health regulations
Experience
- Proven experience as an aesthetic injector or in a med spa setting with a strong background in cosmetic procedures
- Certification in botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, lasers from accredited training programs
- Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, skincare and body treatments is a plus
- Familiarity with spa software such as Patient Now for scheduling and client management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively and build rapport
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, social media management, and customer service excellence
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation while managing multiple appointments efficiently
