Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic part-time Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and organization of private homes and office spaces. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and office spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards
- Execute floor cleaning tasks including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and applying floor care treatments
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as patio or porch cleaning when required
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and the use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and outdoor maintenance is a plus
- Prior housekeeping management or supervisory experience is advantageous but not required
