We’re a growing team based in Palatine, IL, and we’re hiring an experienced Public Adjuster / Claims Adjuster who’s ready to take on a leadership role. This isn’t just about managing claims—it’s about guiding junior adjusters, sharpening their instincts, and setting a higher standard across the board.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing residential and commercial property claims from start to finish
- Leading negotiations with insurance carriers to secure fair outcomes
- Mentoring and developing junior adjusters (think coach, not micromanager)
- Reviewing estimates, documentation, and settlement strategies
- Bringing structure, insight, and a steady hand to complex or escalated claims
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Public Adjuster or Insurance Claims Adjuster
- Strong knowledge of property claims (commercial experience is a big plus)
- Illinois Public Adjuster license (or ability to obtain quickly), other states welcome as well
- Leadership mindset—you don’t just do the work, you elevate others
- Sharp negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, but able to see the big picture
