Job Title: Insurance Property Adjuster
Location: Charlotte, NC (In-Field Position)
Compensation: $75,000 – $150,000+ per year

We are a growing firm specializing in insurance property claims and damage assessment, helping homeowners navigate the claims process and maximize their settlements.
Due to increased demand, we are expanding our Charlotte team and looking for motivated individuals who want to build a high-income career in the insurance and property space.
Position Overview
As an Insurance Property Adjuster, you will work directly with property owners to assess damage, document claims, and guide them through the insurance process.
This is a client-facing, field-based role with strong earning potential and opportunities for rapid growth.
No prior adjusting experience is required for the right candidate — we provide training and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect residential and commercial properties for damage (water, storm, etc.)
- Document losses and gather necessary information for insurance claims
- Communicate with homeowners to explain the claims process
- Coordinate with insurance representatives and other parties involved
- Manage claims from initial inspection through resolution
- Maintain detailed records and follow up on active claims
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to earn a high income
- Comfortable working in the field and meeting clients
- Sales, construction, roofing, or insurance experience is a plus
- Ability to manage time and work independently
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Training
- First-year typical earnings: $75,000+
- Top performers earn $100,000 – $200,000+
- Initial training period with base support available
