We’re looking for a reliable, organized person to help with day-to-day property maintenance operations across a large residential portfolio.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll coordinate repairs, communicate with tenants, homeowners, and vendors, and learn how real-world property operations run.
What You’ll Be Doing:
● Coordinate maintenance tasks and repair requests between tenants, homeowners, and vendors.
● Schedule and follow-up on work orders using AppFolio software.
● Communicate clearly with tenants about expectations, issues, timelines, and updates.
● Work with vendors to ensure jobs are completed correctly, on time, and invoices are accurate.
● Assist with security deposit assessments (damage evaluations and documentation).
● Help keep everything maintenance related organized: notes, photos, invoices, and updates on AppFolio.
● Other tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
● Strong communication skills (you’ll be talking to people frequently)
● Organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks at once
● Comfortable using software/ willing to learn new systems
● Reliable and adaptable.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
