This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming, professional, and organized experience for our patients while supporting scheduling, intake coordination, and front office operations.
Responsibilities include:

Answering incoming calls and assisting patients.

Scheduling appointments and coordinating provider calendars.

Sending and following up on intake forms.

Verifying patient information and insurance documentation.

Assisting with patient onboarding and front desk operations.

Maintaining professionalism, organization, and excellent customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:

Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred.
