Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (Evening)
Job Summary:
This position is for Full Time Evening shift. Work 3 p.m.-11 p.m.
We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional patient care in collaboration with registered nurses and physicians. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient well-being, and working closely with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Duties:
- Perform nursing procedures such as Botulinum toxin treatment and Catheter care
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, reporting any deviations promptly
- Assist in providing care for patients in various settings including Teaching hospitals and Acute care facilities
- Utilize software for accurate documentation and record-keeping
- Collaborate with colleagues in a Clinic environment to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Provide specialized care in areas such as Infectious disease management and Senior care
- Demonstrate proficiency in medical terminology and laboratory procedures
Experience:
- Possess a valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Prior experience in settings like Long term care is advantageous
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and common medical conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
- Compassionate demeanor towards patients and their families
