Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Bartender to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service, expertly mixing drinks, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage operations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The bartender will be responsible for preparing beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Candidates with fine dining, nightclub, or banquet experience will find this position particularly rewarding.
Duties
- Maintain bar sections clean, organized, fully stocked, and operational throughout shifts
- Properly rotate products and ingredients to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Clean, prepare, and maintain hookahs while ensuring proper setup and presentation
- Refill and manage hookah coals for guests throughout service
- Restock tobacco, hookah heads, charcoal, liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies
- Polish and maintain all glassware to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards
- Follow all cocktail recipes and preparation standards consistently
- Ensure every drink is prepared accurately, efficiently, and with high-quality presentation
- Assist waitstaff with setting up tables, delivering food and drinks, and taking guest orders when needed
- Deliver orders to tables promptly while ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the bar and dining areas
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational duties of the bar area
Pay: $20.00 - $25.77 per hour
