Davis & Weber Counties - Ivory Homes, Utah's Number One Homebuilder seeks an experienced professional superintendent to join its outstanding Davis & Weber Counties construction team. Ivory has an impressive lot and land inventory with many new locations coming in addition to the 40+ current locations across the Wasatch Front. Superintendents are directly responsible for all facets of home construction including: contractor and supplier supervision, home setting, scheduling, bill approval, buyer walkthroughs, sales interface, and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience as a residential superintendent with supervisory experience, preferably with a semi-custom or move-up homebuilder. This position offers competitive pay and benefits, including health insurance and 401(k). Salary to be commensurate with experience. is EOE.
