Responsibilities
- Measure and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to accurately install siding materials.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, framing, or repairing existing structures to ensure proper siding attachment.
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and secure siding panels according to specifications.
- Install various siding materials such as James Hardie, LP SmartSide, vinyl, wood, and metal panel, with precision and attention to detail.
- Follow construction safety regulations, including the proper use of safety harnesses and personal protective equipment.
- Conduct heavy lifting of siding panels and related materials safely to prevent injury or damage.
- Collaborate with team members on scaffolding setup, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation for seamless project execution.
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience of at least 3 years preferred with knowledge of siding installation techniques.
- Familiarity with construction, blueprint reading, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings.
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy lifting equipment.
- Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of safety harnesses.
- Skills in carpentry, framing or trim carpentry are advantageous.
- Ability to perform demolition or restoration work as needed on existing structures.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights on scaffolding or ladders.
- Bi-lingual a plus
Schedule:
- 7am-4pm M-F with opportunities for overtime.
- Occasional evenings and weekends when necessary based on workload

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
