Job Title: Lead Youth Care Worker
Program: Unaccompanied Minors (ORR)
Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 Per HR (based on experience)
Shift: 3pm-11pm
General Responsibilities:
Catholic Guardian Services is seeking a dedicated Lead Youth Care Worker to supervise and coach Youth Care staff while ensuring the safety and well-being of youth in our Unaccompanied Minors Program. This role oversees documentation, delegates daily responsibilities, and ensures constant visual supervision of residents. We’re looking for a strong leader who models positive behavior, structure, and accountability while creating a safe, supportive environment for young people.
Required Skills:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years similar experience and/or applicable training
- Must have a valid New York State driver's license
- Proficiency in Spanish
Desired Skills:
- Punctuality and professional demeanor are essential
- Physically able to meet the demands of the position, including restraining
- Must be available to work flexible shifts
