LUX is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day functions of our warehouse. This role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly — from supervising staff and managing inventory to maintaining our vehicle fleet and equipment. Oversee and maintain the warehouse task list, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time

Train new Warehouse Coordinators to ensure smooth onboarding and adherence to company standards

Assist Warehouse Coordinators with packing events when needed

Review and verify pack jobs for accuracy and completeness before departure

Manage weekly inventory checks

Supervise and support the warehouse team, fostering a culture of efficiency and accountability

Maintain building cleanliness

Oversee rental vehicle logistics, including ordering, scheduling pickups, and managing returns

Lead weekly Stand Up meetings with the Operations team to cover the weekly agenda

Manage the LUX vehicle fleet, including conducting weekly inspections and maintenance

Assist with monthly truck trainings for newly hired staff members

Assist with management of special order items

Assist with and update the warehouse equipment catalog to ensure accurate tracking and accessibility

Oversee LUX equipment and rentals, ensuring all items meet standards for cleanliness, condition, and functionality

Assist with event setup and breakdowns as needed

2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field

Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Excellent attention to detail, particularly in verifying accuracy of pack jobs and inventory

Effective communicator with the ability to lead team meetings and coordinate across departments

Valid driver's license required; experience managing vehicle fleets is a plus

Proficiency with inventory tracking systems and basic computer applications
