Job Summary
We are a window and door installation company looking for a reliable, motivated installer or installer assistant to join our team. Window and Door installation experince is a big plus, but if you have to experince — on-the-job training is provided. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade with room to grow.
You will assist with installing residential and commercial windows and doors, working alongside experienced installers on active job sites.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of windows and doors
- Carry materials, tools, and equipment
- Prep job sites and help with measurements
- Remove old windows/doors when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Learn proper installation techniques and tools
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to learn and work with your hands
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (or willing to learn)
- Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
- $18/hour starting pay
- On-the-job training in a skilled trade
