Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence, providing prompt and friendly assistance to customers across multiple languages.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, billing, or technical issues with clarity and patience.
- Promote and upsell products or services to meet sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Conduct data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and correctly documented.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints by analyzing issues thoroughly and providing effective solutions.
Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer support roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry software.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual candidates will have a distinct advantage.
