The Opportunity
The OEM Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing our Ford OEM Program. The role requires a strong partnership with Ford, ensuring projects, products and services are delivered on time and to required specifications. This role works in close collaboration with PWRs engineering and design teams, operations, while maintaining strong OEM client relations.
Specific Duties of Role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Ford OEM, managing the relationship end-to-end, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
- Lead all production functions for the Ford program to achieve output, quality, cost, and on-time delivery targets.
- Optimize throughput across machining, fabrication, core build, and assembly operations.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between production schedules, capacity planning, and customer demand.
- Drive program operational discipline through standard work, KPIs and performance management.
- Partner with operations and sales team to ensure timely deliverables and resolve issues.
- Maintain up-to-date program requirements, delivering updates to OEM partners.

- Prior experience in program management, specific to an OEM.
