Upper Bay Counseling and Support Services, Inc. (UBCSS) is seeking full-time licensed Outpatient Therapists to join our growing clinical team. This role offers flexibility, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and/or adults in a supportive outpatient clinic setting.
Starting Salary:

$50,000–$53,000 minimum, based on licensure and experience

What You’ll Do:
-
Provide individual and family therapy in an outpatient clinic setting

Opportunities to facilitate group therapy
-
Collaborate with psychiatry staff, CMAs, rehabilitative counselors, and administrative teams
-
Maintain accurate clinical documentation using electronic health records

Manage a caseload independently while working as part of a treatment team
What We’re Looking For:

Active Maryland licensure: LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC, PhD, or PsyD
-
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Strong organizational and time-management skills
-
Comfort working independently and using electronic health records

Experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults preferred
