Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making any necessary adjustments or repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
- Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to perform basic calculations and measurements
- Knowledge of quality control processes and the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Experience operating press machines or similar equipment is preferred
- Familiarity with logic controllers and packaging equipment is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Basic machining skills, including the ability to fabricate parts using a milling machine
