What You’ll Do as a Verizon Representative:
- Engage customers and present Verizon solutions to drive sales
- Provide top-tier customer service throughout the enrollment process
- Identify needs and recommend solutions using consultative sales techniques
- Guide customers through setup while maintaining strong customer service
- Track activity and follow up to improve sales performance
- Work with your team to hit goals focused on sales and customer service
- Build relationships that lead to repeat sales and long-term customer service success
