About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Authentication Associate to support the intake, review, and authentication of designer handbags and luxury accessories before they go live across our selling platforms. You'll work hands-on with high-value product, learn how luxury items are evaluated for resale, and gain behind-the-scenes exposure to live commerce operations.
No expert-level authentication experience required — we're looking for someone sharp, organized, coachable, and genuinely excited to learn.
What You'll Do
- Inspect incoming luxury inventory for condition, quality, and identifying details
- Support authentication using third-party tools such as Entrupy and CheckCheck
- Review physical details including hardware, materials, date codes, serial numbers, stitching, and other brand-specific features
- Document condition, wear, flaws, and notable callouts with a high level of accuracy
- Compare products against internal standards and brand reference materials
- Flag inconsistencies, damage, or authenticity concerns to leadership
- Ensure items are properly logged and ready for listing or live sale
- Upload COAs to TikTok, Whatnot, eBay, and other platforms on time
- Continuously build knowledge of luxury brands, materials, and resale standards
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
- Interest in luxury fashion, handbags, accessories, or the resale market
- Organized and reliable with comfort doing repetitive, detail-oriented work
- Quick learner who can follow detailed processes accurately
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, inventory systems, and documentation tools
- Clear communicator with a team-oriented attitude
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail, resale, consignment, e-commerce, or inventory/QC operations
- Familiarity with luxury brands (Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Dior, Saint Laurent, etc.)
- Prior experience handling handbags, accessories, jewelry, or designer merchandise

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
