The Position
We are looking for a motivated chiropractor to join our team and grow with us. The ideal candidate has strong rehab skills, values active care, and enjoys working with both athletes and motivated patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough assessments and individualized treatment plans.
- Experience with sales and communication
- Provide chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapies, and prescribe corrective exercise/rehab.
- Collaborate with patients to help them achieve lasting results rather than temporary relief.
- Contribute to our supportive, patient-centered culture.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: $65,000 – $85,000, depending on experience and performance.
- Growth opportunities as the practice expands.

Requirements
- Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree with active Colorado license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong interest in active care, rehab, and holistic patient management.
- Certifications in rehab-based methods (DNS, FRC, FR, Webster, etc.) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Other Details:
This position operates on an independent contractor model with a 70/30 split (you as the provider retains 70% of collected revenue, clinic retains 30% for system operations). There is a $750 monthly office rent deduction. This model allows for uncapped earning potential based on patient volume and performance.
Example: If you generate $15,000 in billings in a month, your take-home would be $10,500 minus the $750 rent, for a net of $9,750.
