Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and administer medications.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with patient mobility and daily activities.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Qualifications:
- Valid Professional License
- ACHA background Check: https://info.flclearinghouse.com
- Florida ID
- HIV/AIDS Training Certificate
- Speak Fluent English
- 2 hour and 1 hour training from a DOEA approved Alzheimer Training Course
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
