Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (weekly pay)
Schedule: 3nd Shift (Overnight GY)
Must be bilingual (Spanish & English) and have no scheduling restrictions.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support our temporary workforce in a warehouse environment.
- Address personnel issues quickly and effectively.
- Conduct regular safety and communication meetings with clients.
- Oversee employee attendance and performance.
- Ensure a safe working environment through training and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate customer and employee records.
- Customize training and retention programs.
Additional Duties:
- Conduct work related injury investigations.
- Conduct accident investigations and safety audits.
- Operate warehouse machinery like Electric Pallet Jacks, Reach Trucks, and Forklifts.
- May be assigned additional duties not listed above.
