Join Bayes Achievement Center as a Behavior Support Mentor / Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a daily impact supporting children with behavioral and developmental needs.
This is an entry-level role with paid training, perfect for candidates interested in education, behavioral health, mental health, or social services careers.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Provide behavioral support and mentoring to youth with special needs
- Assist teachers with classroom support and instruction
- Use de-escalation and behavior management techniques
- Support daily routines in a residential setting (meals, hygiene, chores)
- Build positive relationships and promote social-emotional development
Schedule (Work-Life Balance)
- 3 days per week
- Weekdays, Weekends & Holidays included
Pay & Benefits
- Pay: $17 per hour
- 401(k) with profit sharing (eligibility applies)

Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Preferred Backgrounds (Not Required)
Candidates with experience or interest in:
- Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Behavioral Technician / ABA
- Teaching Assistant / Instructional Aide
- Youth Counselor / Residential Care
- Psychology, Education, Social Work, or Criminal Justice
