Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for finishing drywall installations, ensuring a smooth and professional appearance. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Drywall Finisher will work on various projects, including residential and commercial properties, and will collaborate closely with other tradespeople.
Duties
- Apply tape, mud, and other finishing materials to drywall surfaces to create a smooth finish.
- Repair and patch drywall as needed, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform wood stud framing as required for specific projects.
- Assist in remodeling projects by providing drywall finishing services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Drywall Finisher in construction or remodeling.
- Proficiency in wood stud framing, painting, plastering, and drywall installation techniques.
- Basic carpentry skills are an asset; maintenance person experience is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.50 per hour
