About the Role:
As a Clinical Liaison, you will serve as a liaison between our center and the medical community, including hospitals, physicians, and insurance providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Coordinating patient admissions, discharges, and transfers in collaboration with healthcare providers
Facilitating communication between healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care delivery
Developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers to promote mutual understanding and respect
Participating in clinical education and training programs to stay updated on best practices and protocols
Assisting with quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement meaningful changes
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
