Experienced Concrete Finisher
Schultz Enterprises LLC is looking to add an experienced concrete finisher to our growing crew. We specialize in high-quality residential concrete throughout the Twin Cities metro and surrounding areas. If you take pride in your work, show up ready to work, and know how to produce clean, professional concrete, we’d like to talk. Looking for experienced finishers only. If you can’t independently screed, edge, joint, and finish residential flatwork, this position isn’t a good fit. We are a small, professional crew. High-quality residential work. We value craftsmanship, reliability, and taking pride in the finished product.
Pay
- $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience and ability
- Overtime available as needed
- Weekly pay
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Occasional overtime and Saturdays during busy periods
Responsibilities
- Finish residential flatwork including driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage floors, steps, and aprons
- Set and strip forms
- Grade and prepare base
- Place, screed, bull float, edge, joint, broom finish, and hand finish concrete
- Set grades using lasers and string lines
- Operate concrete saws, power trowels, vibrators, and other finishing equipment
- Assist with demolition, excavation, and site cleanup when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of concrete finishing experience
- Ability to finish concrete without constant supervision
- Experience with steps, decorative work, and exposed aggregate is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable and on time every day
