About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative you are responsible for selling and providing knowledgeable service to customers and contractors.
Day-to-day responsibilities
Assist customers with product inquiries, including quotes and availability
Efficiently process sales orders and transactions
Communicate with departments to ensure orders are completed
Provide assistance to sales team, contractors, and walk-in customers
Skills we are looking for
Customer service experience
Desire to learn extensive product knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of building materials
Basic computer skills

Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (physical, drug, and lifting test)
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
Minimally must be able to lift >50 pounds without assistance
