Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle arrivals and departures to ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Safely move, park, and retrieve vehicles using manual transmission or automatic transmission as required, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional guest services by offering directions, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
- Assist with vehicle inspections, including checking for damages or issues before and after service.
- Support dealership staff with delivery and pickup of vehicles, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
- Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot and surrounding areas to uphold a professional appearance.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; experience driving manual transmissions is preferred.
- Ability to operate vehicles in parking facilities safely and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest needs better.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
