Role description
We're looking for a reliable, organized Administrative Assistant to be the front-line voice and anchor of our office. This is a full-time, on-site position in Walnut Creek, CA. You'll handle incoming calls, greet customers, schedule appointments and installations, manage job records, process invoices, and support the team with general office tasks. If you're someone who stays calm when the phones are busy, keeps things organized without being asked, and genuinely enjoys talking to people — you'll fit right in here.
