Qualifications:
- Experienced in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Food handler certification, strongly preferred but not required
- Ability to work 8+ hour shifts
- Ability to pick up over 25 lbs
- Previous experience working as line cook
Responsibilities:
- Prepping Food and cooking at all stations (Fryer and grills)
- Assist in clean the kitchen every day and assist on deep cleaning days
- Maintain clean work area and follow department of health standards
- Uphold the company standard of making food and packaging
- Work with staff members on getting orders out in a timely manner with excellent quality
